I am a 20-something graduate student.
I started this blog for 2 reasons:
because I am starting to lose weight but have a long way to go (over 100 pounds)! I need a way to keep track of what I’m eating and what I’m doing. This seems to be the best way to go. It also wouldn’t hurt to have as many people as possible to hold me accountable and keep me on track.
and, I started read healthy living blogs almost 2 years ago after stumbling upon this blog while doing a random search. I love the community and can’t wait to get involved!
